Beth Venditti is originally from Texas but grew up mostly in New Jersey. She has over 15 years of property management experience and enjoys working for a company that genuinely cares about residents and employees.
Beth finds stress relief by walking to a nearby river to unwind. She’s inspired by personal evolution and growth. She lives by the advice: “If you wait for the right time to start your life, you’ll be waiting forever.” Beth dreams of speaking multiple languages fluently. She’s described as empathetic, caring, and insightful.

Melissa Cook is from Pottstown, PA and has over five years of managerial experience, including three years in client service coordination. She loves the support and camaraderie at College Town Communities.
To relieve stress, she enjoys running, swimming, and working out. Melissa is inspired by her family’s hard work and her boyfriend Eddie’s drive. Her favorite restaurant is Melagrano in Philadelphia, where she enjoys arugula salad and pappardelle forest mushrooms. While she doesn’t have pets, she loves dog-sitting. Melissa would love to meet Frank Sinatra for his talent and down-to-earth nature. She’s described as outgoing, empathetic, and caring.

Kamal "Doc" Mabrey is a Maintenance Technician at The Rail Yard and Varsity. Originally from Baltimore, Doc brings 12 years of experience as a general contractor and a background in the military, where he developed a strong work ethic and discipline.
A skilled technician, Doc is particularly adept at fixing appliances, a specialty he continues to refine. In his free time, he enjoys learning and expanding his knowledge of the trade.
Doc’s first job was at McDonald's, where he learned the value of teamwork and communication. He values a communicative workplace and strives to foster collaboration and efficiency in everything he does.

DeVaughn Heath is a Maintenance Technician at The Rail Yard and Varsity. Originally from New York and raised in Newark, Delaware, DeVaughn has always enjoyed working with his hands and fixing things. With 5 years of experience in the maintenance field, he is passionate about his craft.
In his free time, DeVaughn loves riding motorcycles and four-wheelers, going on nature walks, and playing soccer with his children. A fun fact about him is that he recently learned to eat with chopsticks.
DeVaughn is an expert cook and previously worked as a Paint Specialist at Sherwin Williams. He looks forward to a long and successful career, continually expanding his skills and contributing to the success of his team.

Taylor is from Kingston, NY and brings over four years of customer service experience, having started in high school. She's currently studying Communications at the University of Delaware and enjoys connecting with people in her community. Working for College Town Communities allows her to engage with neighbors and peers.
To relieve stress, she likes watching movies with roommates or Facetiming her parents. Her favorite restaurant is Taverna, where she orders the Chicken Taverna. Taylor has three pets: a dog named Duke and two cats, Mittens and Donut. She’s inspired by the advice: "If it won’t matter in 5 years, don’t worry about it for more than 5 minutes." People describe her as bubbly, driven, and friendly.

Kayla is from Westchester, NY and has over four years of customer service experience, including retail, customer service staff positions, and a marketing internship. She’s passionate about creating positive customer experiences. Kayla enjoys the sense of connection and collaboration at College Town Communities.
To relieve stress, she goes for walks while listening to music or podcasts. Her favorite restaurant is Chipotle, where she orders a burrito or bowl. Kayla misses her two cats, Callie and Wolfie, back home. She admires Kim Kardashian for her hustle and would love to meet her. Kayla is described as sincere, confident, and spontaneous.

Elia is from New City, NY, and is a junior at the University of Delaware, studying Biology, Forensics, and Studio Art. She has worked at an art-based summer camp for five years and enjoys connecting with people through College Town Communities.
For stress relief, she enjoys drawing and painting. Elia’s favorite restaurant is Chili’s, where she loves the triple dipper appetizer. She has a black standard poodle named Lucy. Her guiding advice is, "You end up where you’re supposed to be." Elia would love to learn how to sew and is described as creative, empathetic, and hardworking.

Logen is a Community Assistant at The Rail Yard and The Varsity, originally from Delaware. With over four years of experience — including two as Head of Customer Service and two and a half in renovations — he brings both professionalism and problem-solving skills to the team.
What Logen values most about working at College Town is the true sense of community. “Everyone is supportive, kind, and willing to help each other no matter what — it makes working here a breeze.”
Outside of work, he enjoys playing pool and listening to music. His go-to Olive Garden order? The Tour of Italy, Zuppa Toscana, salad, breadsticks, and a raspberry lemonade. He also has a soft spot for his sister’s surprisingly sweet Chow Chow, Remy.
Logen describes himself as warm, unique, and compassionate, and lives by the reminder: “Everything is not important.”

Emma is a Community Assistant at The Rail Yard and The Varsity. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, she joined College Town Communities in the summer of 2025. Emma values the welcoming and inclusive environment, where kindness and support make every day enjoyable.
Outside of work, she loves reading or spending time with friends watching shows together. Her favorite restaurant on Main Street is Santa Fe, where she always orders the Mexican street tacos. At home, she enjoys time with her playful Bernedoodle puppy, Bella.
Emma lives by the saying, “Don’t dwell on what went wrong, instead focus on what to do next.” She would love to learn how to play piano one day.

Hannah is a Community Assistant at The Rail Yard and The Varsity. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, she previously spent three years in the medical field as a physical therapy technician and receptionist. Since joining College Town Communities, she has loved the supportive, team-based environment and the chance to meet new people while helping residents feel at home.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys baking and watching MLB games to relax. She is also a proud pet owner. Her dog, a Havapoo named Penny, and two cats, Max and Brook, keep her busy. A lifelong musician, Hannah has been playing the violin since fourth grade.
She describes herself as outgoing, caring, and genuine, and if she could pick up a new skill, it would be learning how to play soccer.

Sara is a Community Assistant at The Rail Yard and The Varsity. Originally from Olney, Maryland, she brings 2–3 years of leadership and customer service experience. Sara began her career as a karate instructor, teaching students respect and self-confidence, before moving into the restaurant and country club industries. Most recently, she interned with Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, where she created social media content and supported the nonprofit’s mission.
Sara enjoys working for College Town Communities because she understands the challenges of living independently as a college student and values helping others navigate their journey. To relieve stress, she loves coloring, and at home, she has two dogs, Magic and Gracie.
She lives by the quote, “Comparison is the thief of joy,” and describes herself as optimistic, passionate, and kind. A fun fact: Sara is a third-degree black belt in karate and self-defense.
