To relieve stress, she enjoys running, swimming, and working out. Melissa is inspired by her family’s hard work and her boyfriend Eddie’s drive. Her favorite restaurant is Melagrano in Philadelphia, where she enjoys arugula salad and pappardelle forest mushrooms. While she doesn’t have pets, she loves dog-sitting. Melissa would love to meet Frank Sinatra for his talent and down-to-earth nature. She’s described as outgoing, empathetic, and caring.

Logen is a Community Assistant at The Rail Yard and The Varsity, originally from Delaware. With over four years of experience — including two as Head of Customer Service and two and a half in renovations — he brings both professionalism and problem-solving skills to the team.

What Logen values most about working at College Town is the true sense of community. “Everyone is supportive, kind, and willing to help each other no matter what — it makes working here a breeze.”

Outside of work, he enjoys playing pool and listening to music. His go-to Olive Garden order? The Tour of Italy, Zuppa Toscana, salad, breadsticks, and a raspberry lemonade. He also has a soft spot for his sister’s surprisingly sweet Chow Chow, Remy.

Logen describes himself as warm, unique, and compassionate, and lives by the reminder: “Everything is not important.”

Dax is originally from Newark, Delaware. He brings a warm and vibrant energy to The Rail Yard team as a Community Assistant. When he isn't helping residents, he balances a rigorous schedule as a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Delaware. Described by those around him as personable, witty, and kind, Dax loves collaborating with his friendly coworkers and uses his role to continuously sharpen his professional communication skills. He is deeply motivated by seeing his friends and family succeed, and he firmly believes that life is always better with a positive attitude and a focus on only what you can control.

Outside of work and academics, Dax loves spending time outdoors, whether he is longboarding or enjoying the fresh air. Though he doesn't have pets of his own, he is a massive dog lover. He also draws great inspiration from Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, admiring his journey from humble beginnings to the pinnacle of motorsport. Next time you see Dax around the community, be sure to say hello—he is always down to talk racing, chat about life, or swap notes on his favorite local food, like the bacon breakfast burrito from Drip Cafe.
